Amendment concerning confirmation of the timeliness of account details (‘Annual confirmation’) in accordance with Article 22(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1122
We would like to inform you that the deadline to submit the confirmation according to Article 22(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1122 (‘annual confirmation’) has changed due to an amendment (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1253) to this Regulation (EU). The deadline is now set to June 30th of each year.
In order to meet this new deadline, we will contact you in spring 2026 accordingly.

The new user interface of the Union Registry is available.
It will replace the old Union Registry in the near future. All functionalities (e.g. transaction modalities, roles and rights of authorised representatives) in the Union Registry will remain unchanged.
