Warning about current phishing campaign in connection with the Union Registry
The European Commission Service Desk warns of a current phishing campaign related to the Union Registry. The campaign is aimed at disclosing sensitive information or carrying out transactions with bitcoins by posing as a legitimate platform connected to the Union Registry.
Therefore, please take the following precautions:
Beware of emails from unknown or suspicious senders, especially those requesting immediate action or asking for sensitive information.
Beware of links or attachments in emails if you are not sure that they are genuine. Hover over links to check the destination URL before clicking on them.
Beware of requests to provide personal or confidential information such as passwords, account details or financial information.
Please let us know if you receive any suspicious emails, websites or messages related to Union Registry.
