Compliance status
Pursuant to Annex XIV of Regulation (EU) 389/2013 and Annex XIII of Regulation (EU) 2019/1122, the European Union Transaction Log (EUTL) publishes inter alia the following information about operator and aircraft holding accounts:
- allowances allocated to individual account holders;
- the number of allowances surrendered;
- from 1 April onwards of year (X+1) the verified emissions figure for the operator or aircraft operator holding account for the previous year (X);
- a symbol and a statement indicating whether the installation or aircraft operator related to the operator holding account surrendered a number of allowances by 30 September that is at least equal to all its emissions in all past years

Verified emissions reporting provides the public with information about the amounts of CO2 equivalent actually emitted by installations and aircraft operators, calculated according to approved monitoring methodology and verified by an independent verifier.
